You never know how strong you are until you’re faced with the unimaginable. For Phil and Stacy Bacigalupi, that test of strength came when Phil was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Based on the incredible true story, Tough As Nails explores the trials, tribulations and emotional turmoil of fighting cancer while trying to start a family, all told through the incredible choreography of Bridgette Borzillo.
Tough As Nails will be performed live at the Phoenix Center for the Arts in Phoenix, AZ on April 13 (7:30 p.m.) and April 14 (2 and 7:30 p.m.). Tickets are $25 (general); $20 (student); and $45 (VIP - limited quantities). You may purchase tickets now at cazodance.com
To help support over 700,000 people currently living with a brain tumor in the U.S., $3 of every ticket sold will be donated to the National Brain Tumor Society. CaZo Dance Company will also be hosting a live Q&A with CaZo members, as well as the real-life couple, Phil and Stacy, who are the truest definition of “for better or for worse, through sickness and in health... for as long as we both shall live.”
