Driftwood Oven is a pizza-making, bread-baking duo from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their names are Neil Blazin and Justin Vetter and they produce amazing pizzas with only the best, local ingredients. Their doughs are naturally fermented sourdoughs made from organic flour grown by small batch farmers.
This is a story about good people, good methods, and really, really great pizza.
