After discovering the song "Churn of the Century", we were inspired to create a dance piece that combined cheeky choreography with walking canes and the beloved art of fire-spinning. Set on a rooftop near the lakefront of the 5600 North block in Chicago, the piece combines a silent film sensibility with a campiness that only old film quotes could provide. "Nothing is forever in the theatre. Whatever it is, it's here, it flares up, burns hot, and then, IT'S GONE.
