Here is a simple formula when practiced daily prevents the muscles from sagging.
N stands for nutrition. I promote a healthy diet that includes healthy fats. Our body is fueled by a healthy fats. Proteins build muscles and empty carbs results in obesity.
O stands for Oxygen. We need to bring in fresh oxygen and get rid of the toxins which are byproducts of metabolism, stress and other bodily functions. When stressed we hold our breath and that can lead to headaches. For quickest results breathe like a baby, with an open mouth.
P stands for Posture. Place a book on top of your head and try to work on the computer. When it falls off, it's best to adjust the height of the chair. Another head bowing activity is the cell phone. Raise it up by half and inch and see your neck straighten.
E stands for Exercise. The face is a resident to some 45+ muscles. We need to move those muscles to keep them toned. The easiest way to do that is to smile frequently and yawn a lot :)
