A survey of personal experience and exploratory research concerning the role of the camera and the still photography possibilities that exist in video game space. Special attention is given to the Nintendo 64, NES, and Second Life, and new tools that make it possible to explore older titles in ways never before possible. This presentation first appeared at the 10th Annual Postgraduate Research Conference
at Manchester Metropolitan University.
