In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 282 Title: Official Bonds and Oaths. Section 282.080 Title: Approval Filing and recording of Official Bonds; Ordered to the Clerk for the Clark County, Nevada, Lynn Marie Goya, to record all Official Oaths, Bonds, and Residency Householder, for all officers, executive, judicial and ministerial.
Consequently all officers elected and all officers appointed, practicing law in the Clark County, Nevada; established by the law, Nevada Revised Statutes 282.010 Title: Oaths and Official bonds of officers; Nevada Revised Statutes 282.120 Title: Number of sureties on official bond; there shall be at least two sureties upon the official bond of every officer; Nevada Revised Statutes 282.140 Title: Justification of surety on bond of county or township officer;
