Here's a video I produced for my COMM411 final project at Trinity Lutheran College. I made it for about $200.00US, but the experience was priceless. ;o)
The story follows a man recounting key decisions he made that produced immeasurable pain in his life, leading up to a confrontation that will change him forever.
This project was shot (except for one scene) with a single Nikon D7000 in available lighting. Lenses used were 35mm f1.8 & 18-105mm f3.5-5.6. A Canon 60D with 50mm f1.4 was used for my coverage in the scene with Cassy. The audio was captured almost entirely in camera with a single lav & shotgun mic. Edited in FCP 7. Graded in Color. Filmed on location in Everett, WA.
I want to send my unending gratitude to all who participated in this project. I am blessed to have worked with such amazing performers. To my friends on the crew, well done gents.
Husband.....Anthony J. Morrow
Cassy.........Melissa R. Morrow
Special thanks to Doug Tolmie for believing in me and allowing me to pursue the impossible. Can't wait for next year!
This video won Best of Show at the 1st Annual Trinity Lutheran College Film Festival as a result of the hard work and collaberative efforts of all who were involved. The award is yours.
