Dr. Millicent Black was awarded a Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio in 2015. Her dissertation was titled “Educating the Church to Empower Women, Who Suffer in Silence from Domestic Abuse: From Victim to Voice, Recovered and Restored”. She earned a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries from United Theological Seminary in 2016. She continues to pursue certifications as a domestic violence advocate, in preparation to start a non-profit organization to address abuses of targeted individuals. As a licensed and ordained minister for over 18 years, Dr. Black started a victim-support conference call appropriately titled “Refuge from the Storm”. This one-hour conference call takes place on Talkshoe every Saturday at 3-4pm Pacific Standard Time (Call-in Number 1-724-444-7444; Caller ID 140567#; Pin Number 1#). This call is designed to provide spiritual support to those shut out from their churches due to being victimized by the organized abuses and serious crimes involved in organized stalking and electronic harassment (OS/EH). As a staunch activist fighting against vigilante stalking and electromagnetic abuses and torture, Dr. Black is a regular contributor to the Joint Investigation Team of the Techno Crime Fighters Forum, along with Dr. Katherine Horton, Karen Stewart, Ramola D, and Dr. Paul Marko ( see youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTqEXdGACJWfkaZgHm2akzE9xnydxEZ_v ). It is an honor and a privilege to have such a kind, compassionate, intelligent, and strong fighter against these human rights abuses and organized crimes on the Triumph Over Targeting Podcast (recording date: March 9, 2017).
