Easter is a significant time in the Christian calendar.
In the southern hemisphere, Easter takes place in autumn. Hence, Australian Easter is associated with harvest time, rather than with the coming of spring as in the northern hemisphere.
Easter is also a time of celebration and feasting and many traditional Easter games and customs developed, such as egg rolling, egg tapping, pace egging, cascarones or confetti eggs, and egg decorating.
So why not hop over to The Professor’s and treat yourself to an Easter gift by watching the 1978 movie “Vampire Hookers” followed by the 1903 Georges Méliès movie “Le Monstre” (The Monster).
