"Visual Voices" was created by Persistence of Vision Productions for Jefferson Youth Foundation in 2011. The concept was inspired by the "Dear World" project, however we extensively focused on encouraging each of our student subjects to express their own unique voice in their portrait. The project turned out to be a great way to portray the proud, poignant, and playful nature of the middle school students who collaborated with the P.O.V. media specialists.
