How to Register for Classes at TCSP

Registration takes place over the course of 4 days, and begins at 6:00 AM each day. Please refer to the Season Schedule to note when the registration periods take place.


All opening-day registrations must be completed through your online profile. There are no phone registrations for the first day of each registration. The checkout process must be completed online to reserve your spot.


Please note that due to our registration software's processing and security standards, some versions of Internet Explorer may not compatible with our registration system. Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on a desktop or laptop computer is recommended.


Ensuring a Successful Registration:


-Before your registration date, ensure that all your profile information is up-to-date: (1) your MEMBERSHIP is active (2) your RATING is correct and current and (3) (for juniors) the AGE is correct. If any of these are incorrect, you will not be able to see your class.

-Prior to your registration date, you should save a valid credit card on file and call Member Services (206.522.5008) to ensure that your "House Charge" payment method is enabled. If your "House Charge" is disabled, you may not be able to complete your enrollment.

-Use a desktop or laptop computer when possible. Our registration system may not be compatible with all tablets and phones.

-Log in and navigate to your class page before the clock hits 6:00am. Seconds count, and this will save a few. You should see a button that says "Not Yet Open", refresh the page until the class opens at 6am; the button will then become clickable and will read "Sign Up". The button will not automatically change. You must refresh the page until it does.

-When adding a class to your cart, that spot is reserved for you for up to 10 minutes while you complete the checkout process. A timer in the upper-right corner of the page displays your time remaining.

-If you have an outstanding balance older than 7 days, your membership may be suspended and you may be unable to register for classes, so please also be sure that your payment information is current and that you do not have any outstanding charges. If you think you may have any issues with your account, please call Member Services at 206.522.5008 before your registration date.

-Make sure to select a valid payment method when checking out. Failure to complete this step before submitting your cart may cause you to lose your reserved spot. Select the house "House Charge" option as your payment method. When submitting payment for any program or drop-in on a registration date, users are only able to select this single payment method, which will bill your account for the items in your cart. If your House Charge is not enabled, you may not be able to complete the checkout process.

-If your account has a payment card on file, you will be charged the Monday following your transaction per our House Account Policy. All such accounts follow this schedule by default.

-If you have a card on file but would like to pay with a different card than the card you have on file or would like to process the payment immediately, first select "House Charge" at checkout, then navigate to the "Pay My Bill" tab to pay with a different card.

-If your account does not have a payment card on file, you may need to contact Member Services at 206.522.5008 to enable your House Charge in order to complete your checkout process. After enabling "House Charge", you can then complete your payment by navigating to the "Pay My Bill" tab in the left menu bar after checkout.

-Sometimes users receive a temporary error message during checkout due to high traffic. If you receive an error message when checking out, go through the checkout wizard again until it is successful. Do not remove the class from your cart and attempt to re-add it, or you may lose your reserved spot. Screenshot your issue when possible and forward to [email protected], and we will assist you as best as possible.

-If the "Sign Up" button says "Call", the class is at capacity and is waitlist-only. Please call to get on the waitlist! We often make adjustments to our offerings based on waitlist lengths, but if you aren't on the waitlist we have no way of knowing if the class is in demand!
