Greentown Labs Expansion Project: Complete Time-lapse Video!

Greentown Labs moved into its new Global Center for Cleantech Innovation in December 2017! The new facility is immediately adjacent to its previous building in the Union Square neighborhood of Somerville, MA. The new facility has expanded Greentown Labs into a 3-building campus with nearly 100,000 sq. ft. under management. The Global Center has room for more than 400 employees, a 24-bench wet lab, and 10,000 sq. ft. of prototyping lab space for cleantech startups.
