« In this countries, some conservatives have such insidiously sought to represent blacks as "dangerous", "unstable" and "primitive" to legitimate public policy violent and unpopular. Some revolutionaries, by contrast, have sought diligently to show the "humble dignity of black people, to show their lives in terms of" missing "or of "no." The two groups have succeeded in distorting the true picture of life in townships.
While blacks in this country have suffered centuries of denial and oppression, proliferation of images of fingerprints monotony, distress and despair, despite their unquestionable validity, not draw an incomplete picture of the situation.
