Moo-ve over Fast Food, Mark Burger's here to StayMark Burger owner and head chef Erik Rubin may have a name for a deli, but he has sliders on the mind. Aiming to serve food the whole neighborhood can enjoy (with the exception of the cow sitting above the entrance), Rubin presents his sliders, made from his own mixture of chuck, short rib, and porterhouse, fresh-ground daily.
