Time-lapse (at 15x speed) of me cycling along the Thames, around Greenwich, London, on boxing day, 2008 - the temperature was about 4C!
Starting from my flat in Charlton, I first headed towards Greenwich park and the Royal Observatory, before heading into Greenwich to get onto the tow path.
Heading East back over the Greenwich Meridian, I went all along to the Thames Barrier, going past industrial areas in Greenwich, and going around the O2/Millenium Dome. At the Thames Barrier the path ends (why??), and so I have to head inland, go along some roads on a huge detour, before getting back on the path.
I carried on eastwards all the way to Thamesmede annd towards the power station near Dartford, before heading back the way I came.
On the way back, I made a detour up the spiral mound at Thamesmede, before heading back along the Thames to Charlton.
Alas, the battery died just 15 minutes from home! (It died at the train crossing just before Charlton station)
