Don’t drink water while practicing yoga. You are trying to create heat.
Heat within heals your body internally and increases your metabolism and burn more calories.
If the core work gets difficult, use the power of your mind to push through, take the easy options,
remember we have to feel uncomfortable to get results. Just check in with lower back, shoulders, neck and make sure you look after your body at the same time with correct body alignment.
Remember to listen for modifications and easier options.
