How Julianne came to love her life in EVERY aspect, without changing anything physically!
This week we’re focused on making Quick and Powerful decisions, and that’s exactly what Julianne wanted in her life...
A 48-year-old woman from Warwick, RI, Julianne had left a toxic job to figure out what she wanted to do with her life. She also contemplated moving on from her 24-year marriage, and had been in a state of ambivalence for 6 years!
She wanted to make decisions about staying or leaving her marriage and finding a job or business that would bring her joy. And most of all, she wanted to be able to fly emotionally and do anything she put her mind to.
But being home all day proved to give her TOO much time to think, and she quickly found her thoughts running rampant about life in general. It began to feel like quicksand, and no matter what she tried, Julianne felt like she was sinking more and more into despair as she attempted to trudge along with daily life.
To make matters worse, she fought a lot with herself internally and couldn’t seem to find her own heart. There was a lot of pain inside.
It was affecting everyone around her, and her youngest son was exhibiting anxious behaviors that induced a chaos Julianne wasn’t equipped to handle.
She described her life as being in utter confusion, and not knowing which way was up or down. She couldn’t make a simple decision about her life or what she wanted.
She knew something wasn’t right and that she wasn’t living true to herself. But didn’t know how to get that person back.
After trying books, videos, and programs, she signed up with a coach who claimed expertise and promised her results, if she just followed this one thing: acceptance.
But that turned out to do more damage than good as this non-expert wasn’t able to help Julianne dig deep to get past her internal blocks at the root.
Frustrated, and hurt, Julianne started to wonder if the coach was right, maybe it was her and she wasn’t cut out for this. After his blaming of her ruining his perfect stats, she was ready to give up.
When something inside of her said, keep trying.
She realized, “Nothing is going to change if I don’t take the steps to change it.”
It was time to open her heart and find out who she is on the inside, so she could deal with the outside world better.
Pushing herself one more time, she watched the 5 Mindset Shifts Training and then scheduled a Clarity Call with us.
That internal voice crept back up saying, “Here we go again!” The process felt similar to the coach who had ended up yelling at her and blaming her for him not being able to help her.
Rightfully so, she was apprehensive now.
Something felt right, and Julianne decided to take a leap of faith and joined the Mindset Transformation Experience.
We knew we could help her.
When we did her test in phase, Julianne had rated her life at a 6 out of 10, and yet when we looked at each individual area of her life, she realized that she was all 1s and 2s, which put her at 17.6%. It was then that Julianne came to terms with the truth of her despair.
Pushing herself to dig deep, Julianne was committed to getting to the root of her despair and indecision and found that sometimes she would take half a day or a full day to answer our questions. She knew that digging deep was the only way to break free from the quicksand.
And we’re glad she did!
Julianne finally got her answers and understood what caused all the mess in the first place.
She reports feeling fully awake, doing things that are good for her, and has improved relationships with her kids and husband.
Now she is making decisions every day that are good for her and in alignment with what she wants.
The negative ripple effect onto her family has transformed into a positive one, and everyone is happy!
Best of all, she doesn’t recognize that sad person she used to be, and has found her "emotional wings”.
Looking back at her before footage, Julianne said it was “like watching a puppy dog saying 'please help me!'"
