Physical + Mental endurance
The workshop starts with an intensive and challenging conditioning training, testing physical and mental endurance through continious movement patterns using strengh, explisovity, flow and flexibility for an 1h30-2h00 non-stop. The idea is to challenge the body and the mind, never stop the movement and pass the point of tiredness to enjoy the power of our bodies!
Floorwork + Handbalance and Acrobatics:
The second part is starting with basic floorwork movements and principles, playing with spirals and building into long floor-work sequences that then will lead into more acrobatic movements. The purpose is to link the acrobatics movement with the floor-work dance sequences so that the they can have some flowing qualities and become more accessible to dancers.
