The children have filled the bucket enough to their satisfaction, so one of them decides to see if he can lift it. As he strains to lift the bucket he says: "Help. We need help." The child right behind him steps forward and says that he can try now. This child strains and is able to move the bucket a little bit by himself. He even asserts: " I kind of lifted it." A third child steps forward and says "let me try now." He is not able to lift or move it. A fourth child steps forward and says: "I bet I can do it." He tries but he is also unsuccessful in his attempt to lift. The child who first tried to lift the bucket and asked for help steps forward and grabs the handle of the bucket. As he does that, he simply says "team work." He repeats his command and adds a direction to the rest to grab the handle together. Four of the children grab the handle and start to lift with mighty grunts. They are able to lift it move it slightly. The bucket actually ends up on top of one child's foot. You can hear him say "Ow!" As the video ends, three of the children help get the bucket off his foot.
