Shot this today over the course of a few hours from my window. Again, I used the Nikon D7000 on interval timer, shooting one frame every eight seconds this time. I'm still trying to get a sense about the timing of an entire time-lapse shoot. The D7000 will only let me take 999 single frame images. I had to set a timer and return to the camera to restart the interval timer so that I could go past 999 frames. I'm not sure why there's this limit. Anyway. I processed the jpegs in Lightroom and used Quicktime to make an image sequence from them. Then I saved it as Apple ProRes 422 and edited the final in Final Cut Pro X.
