On 6/3/18, there was a memorial service for Bro. Samuel (Sam) Glasgow Shepperson at Marrable Hill Chapel. Randall Primm led the congregational worship. Nadine Williams and Jan Cooksey played the piano and organ, respectively. The hymns were "I Will Sing The Wondrous Story", "Heavenly Sunlight", and "Since Jesus Came Into My Heart". Bro. Ben Wasson welcomed all, read the obituary, and prayed. Rev. Donny Hargett read II Corinthians 5. Remembrances were given by Rev. Carley Davis. Rev. Benjy McCann, Missionary Patty Walker, and Rev. LaVon Post. Rev. Mark Staples gave the benediction and final instructions.
