Hello everybody !!!
"Once Zhuangzi dreamt he was a butterfly, a butterfly flitting and fluttering around, happy with himself and doing as he pleased. He didn't know he was Zhuangzi. Suddenly he woke up and there he was, solid and unmistakable Zhuangzi. But he didn't know if he was Zhuangzi who had dreamt he was a butterfly, or a butterfly dreaming he was Zhuangzi. Between Zhuangzi and a butterfly there must be some distinction! This is called the Transformation of Things." - Zhuangzi
I dreamt of going to Wudang for many many years.
Wudang Shan is one of the five sacred Daoist mountains in China. It is the cradle of the Daoist internal martial arts.
How lucky I was to be able to spend four months there this year and to absorb its atmosphere.
I could have titled this little video, "Wudang Memories" - but I realized that our experiences are also like a dream. Everything we experience goes through our imagination. We perceive as much as we dream reality.
Often people ask me why I wanted to go to Wudang ... and I usually answer : in order to learn to fly ... And I am not only joking ;-) ...
Depending on how you approach a place or a situation, it will reveal very different things to you.
My dream in Wudang was a beautiful and inspiring one :-)
I hope its reflections will inspire you too :-)
Beautiful inspirations and good Qi from Wudang to all of you :-)
And sweet dreams :-)
PS: The music is "The Dream Within" by Josh Groban & Lara Fabian.
