B L A C K L A K E is an extended music art film by louis holder // a cover video from Björk's infamous #Vulnicura album
It’s about a young woman who looks for meaning in her life but is initially scared by what life throws at her; haunted by her past; she tackles her fears and anxieties head on [the powerful dance scene] and by the end she reconnects with her former self. More researched; wiser and a longing for something. The epilogue suggests she is happy with herself now but we don’t see her full face so we’re not quite sure for certain!
