Movement Enhancement Skills for Men is a General Education CORE course at Towson University. The class focuses on developing movement skills, dance technique, coordination, core strength, flexibility, in addition to debunking the social construct masculinity through movement, conversations, and video bundle assignments. The course is for males (those born male) and is quite special. In the class, students sweat and build strength and endurance while deepening their sense of self.
