This Living Lab intro video has been created in the context of U4IoT project, a support action for the European IoT Large-Scale Pilots programme [european-iot-pilots.eu/] focusing on end-user engagement and co-creation. The video introduces the Living Lab approach, describes the common elements and a typical innovation process in Living Labs, and gives useful advice on user selection and stakeholder engagement. It also illustrates the types of Living Lab support provided by U4IoT project.
