This documentary highlights Woolly Mammoth and the owners Adam and Skye Rust. Located in Andersonville on Chicago’s north side, they describe the store as a “curiosity cabinet of resurrected treasures,” a “motionless zoo,” and a “touchable museum.”
I developed the concept, interviewed, shot, edited, designed motion graphics and wrote the music for this piece. In fact, I had no help with this production other than the answers provided by the store owners and a couple of Woolly Mammoth regulars without whom, this strange and amazing beast would not exist.
