Crown Realty Partners, on behalf of Crown Realty II Limited Partnership, has acquired 1004 Middlegate, a 530,000 square foot, multi-building, campus-style complex comprised of a 5-storey office building, a flex office building, a laboratory/office/warehouse building, an amenities building, a small warehouse building and surplus land. Situated on approximately 25 acres of land in Mississauga, between Dixie and Cawthra, just north of the Queensway, it was acquired from AstraZeneca Canada, who continues to occupy approximately 108,000 square feet of office space. The remainder of the site was re-developed by Crown and offers high quality office and flex-office premises to tenants. The campus provides space at competitive overall occupancy costs and outstanding onsite amenities not typically found in suburban complexes.
