In Seville, Spain in the heart of the center of the city runs a short tram. Alongside it for the final three stops runs a bike lane, marked only by shinny markers/medallions that guide the way. The lane crosses from one side of the tracks to the other about midway and here you will see rather unique signage on how to cross the tram tracks.
Yes, there are similar signs in other cities on how to approach the tram rails so you don't slip and crash, but only here in Seville will you find these silver medallions hammered into the pavement and then shown on the signs.
