Life is difficult and future is unpredictable. It’s impossible to tell
what is in store ahead. In a precarious situation like this what
keeps us going is Hope. But how does one live without Hope?
Siddi, in India is one such community that has been living without hope.
Brought in as slaves from modern day Kenya and Tanzania this community
is lost in the mosaic of different cultures and is now struggling at
the margins of Indian society.
This twenty-minute documentary provides first hand information on
Siddi lifestyle and focuses on the educational system and the future
of their children.
