In a morning is everything” says Ayurveda, India's ancient science of wellbeing and longevity, which prescribes intuitive and practical daily rituals to purify the body and mind and help us to reset for a new day. I think of the practices as an essential reset, akin to the restart button on my laptop! :)
These daily rhythm and rituals of health and wellbeing help us to tune in to the sacred natural rhythms of the universe, which allows us to harmonize our body and mind with our life so we can absorb whatever life throws at us, with intelligence, compassion, resilience and love.
Here is a glimpse into some of my morning rituals and practices that keep me feeling vital, connected, healthy and joyful.
I take these practices everywhere I roam. They keep me grounded and present and I safeguard this early morning time - this sacred time - for myself, everyday. :)
