This is the first seesion of the "Belt and Road" Open Eduation Learning Week co-hosted by Open Education Resources lab and Design & Learning lab, supported by the "‘Belt and Road'International Community for Open Educational Resources" (BRICOER) on the theme of "Capacity building to find, use, create and share OER" on 27-29 June 2018.OER has become an overwhelming trend in all levels of education. It is necessary for all education stakeholders to rethink their role and responsibilities, and prepare themselves for a more open world. This session discusses the significance of OER and shares experiences of capacity building to find, use, create and share OER from perspectives of various stakeholders such as teachers, librarians, students and policy makers.
