The World Wide Web is a constantly changing and expanding network of interfaces. Relationships are conceivable, which do not exist by the arbitrary possibility of connections. 'Digital Sculpture nr.1' explores this phenomenon and shows, by montage of found image and sound material from YouTube videos, how the internet connects everything with something. The supposedly heterogeneous snippets become the starting point for an investigation into the nature of the World Wide Web and articulate an interaction between blowing up and collapsing, which ultimately describes a 360° tour around one of many digital sculptures.
