Michiko and Kazuo are siblings, brother and sister. They live together in Berlin for two years.
Michiko and Katarina promise to go to a cinema together. So Michiko visits the library in where
Katarina works. Michiko suddenly gets to meet Seon Ryon from South Korea in east Asia. The
face of two persons are alike and misunderstand that they come from same country. Katarina who
saws the situation gets a surprise that even the people from the east asia can’t recognize where
they come from. Michiko retorts that european people also can’t recognize where they come from.
Michiko tells Kazuo about the meet. Kazuo insists that he can easily recognize the people from
Korea or Japanese. Michiko meets Seonryon and his daughter again in a asian supermarket, She
knows he is old and a kind person. A colleague Leana at Seonryon’s working place has a
suspicious thing on a day and tries to stigmatize Seonryon as a criminal person on the next day.
Because she can’t understand what Seonryon’s face shows if he is a bad or good person. Michiko
hears the thing from Katarina and is scared of that something may happen because european
can’t understand how the expression of asian face works. Kazuo talks to her that Kazuo’s German
teacher Mr. Hoshi visits Berlin from Japan. Kazuo asks Michiko if she also comes to the Chinese
restaurant where Kazuo and Mr. Hoshi are going to eat together. But she answers no. Michiko
comes to a child Ayumi for teaching national language. Ayumi says to Michiko that she looks like a
vietnamese. Michiko walks on a street. Three men address and are kidding her where she actually
comes from. Michiko feels a pinch and does a make up in a restroom. Michiko watches a movie
with Katarina. Katarina feels bad and goes out because of the content of film which shows a story
about World War II. Katarina asks Michiko if Japanese also killed the psychopathic patient in
Japan. But Japanese don’t learn such a black history about the war, she can’t answer. She comes
back home and tells Kazuo about the thing which happened today, but the conversation doesn’t
go well. Michiko walks on a street for visiting Thomas. She encounters two neo-Nazis and returns
on the street. She finally arrives at Thomas. He accuses Michiko of a little expression of her face
and exactly can’t get her feeling. Michiko gets discouraged by this conflict. Michiko gets nervous
and decides to come to the Chinese restaurant, but she can’t find the Chinese restaurant. So she
wanders on the kant street.
