This Episode will look at the WWII tour of service of Capt Charles Scot-Brown and SSgt John Sharpe. Captain Charles Scot-Brown was a Canadian who found himself with the British Army on an Junior Officer Loan Program attached to the airborne Division being dropped into Arnhem, Holland as part of Operation Market Garden. SSgt John Sharpe was there in Arnhem as well also as part of Operation Market Garden. It was the largest airborne operation in military history. It was also one of the most costly operations for the British.
