Here is a quick video showing how to make an essential oil inhaler. Inhalers are easy to make, easy to use and allow you to transport your desired scent (and its therapeutic properties) wherever you go.
4 drops of Wild Mint, (Mentha arvensis) essential oil
4 drops of Peppermint, (Mentha x piperita) essential oil
4 drops of Ravintsara, (Cinnamomum camphora ct 1,8 cineole) essential oil
