Carbonite Endpoint Protection gives IT administrators powerful tools for managing backup on a single device or on thousands.
The administrative panel is a single pane of glass that gives IT a complete view into the backup history of the device and more.
In the control panel, under the ‘Activity’ tab, the administrator can see when the device last backed up, how many files are protected and if there’s any data in the queue waiting to back up.
Under the ‘Location’ tab, it can tell you where a device is located anywhere in the world with incredible accuracy. This is a critical feature for companies that need to ensure both employees and valuable business data are safe during emergencies.
Another task that Carbonite automates is sending out alerts. For example, an administrator can configure the solution to trigger a notification when a device has not backed up in the past 7 days or when a storage quota is close to exceeding its limit.
The administrative console in Carbonite Endpoint Protection simplifies many of the tasks associated with managing data protection across on employee devices. That’s why so many businesses trust Carbonite to protect their employee devices.
