Back in Europe he travels to the Netherlands to discover the perfect 'bite' and visits butcher Jack O'Shea in London to create the very best ground beef.

In the studio, Heston shares his secrets for creating and cooking a sublime bun, cheese and burger combination! Plenty of take-out info for the keen cook...even if they aren't perfectionist!
