Founded in 1971, the Experimental Television Center (ETC) has been a hub for Video Art since the advent of the medium. In summer of 2011, the center closed its studio space in Owego, NY and ended the majority of its programs. This short documentary video explores the spatial concept of ETC as it moved from a physical, actively productive studio to a Web-based, historical archive.
