Dancing Souls in the desert PART 1 (contact improvisation, dromedar trip & solo dance)
"Dancing Souls" : a dance and yoga retreat in the dunes of Marocco, lead by Manuela Blanchard and Cornelia Held from Switzerland.
It is an invitation to live and dance on the pulse of the desert, to meet it in its vastness through creative dances and inward journeys.
Yoga and guided meditations (see part 2) bring us into a state of deeper presence, awakening the body and bringing the mind into the moment and in harmony with the silence of the surroundings.
Alone or in dialogue with partners, we are exploring the resonance of our body landscapes in tune with the natural environment in a sensory and playful approach.
Elements of Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement guide us for this movement research.
