Schofield Barracks, Hawaii (JUL Y 14, 2011) Over the last few months soldiers from all over Oahu, Hawaii have been donating their phased out Army Class A uniforms for a good cause. Among those donating is Sgt. Maj. Jeff Fairley, of the 500th military intelligence brigade.

“I’m here with the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club (SAMC) donating Class A uniforms to support the local High Schools JROTC students here on the island,” said Fairley.

The SAMC has held this drive for 2 years now and has improved their Class A item numbers by 184 items from last year, making this year’s total of 569 Class A items.
