First test of my foldable quad prototype. The machine is using AXI goldline motors and 14" propellers. The controller is a KK board with softwareversion 4.7. Designed to lift a 550d with a 10-20mm lens or eventually a 5d with a bit lighter lens.
Flighttime is around 10-12 minutes with a 550d and a 4s5A battery. Hovers around 25-28A and peaks at 150A when pushing the throttle full.
Foldable design, folded/unfolded in less than 30 sec and no need to add aditional equiplemnt to get ready to fly.
Can be foldede with camera + battery, so literally you can take of and take photos 30 sec after you decided to pack it up.
Issues with v.0.1 Prototype are mainly the following.
* Bit tight for thick cabling from motors, the kk board is actually inside the frame and not under the dome. The dome will host downlink transmitter + antenna.
* Camera plate is too weak --> vibration issues
* Camera plate should be 1cm more ahead, with heavy lens it´s hard to balance camera very well for the moment. ESC could also be moved from the front to other location.

Cheers and happy flying!
