Our lives are full of transitions. We move through stages of life personally. We move through transition and change at work. Our roles and how those roles play out in relation to others evolve over time. People enter our lives, and people leave our lives.
Sometimes these transitions are positive; we recognize the opportunity for growth and change, and welcome the opportunity to stretch and test ourselves. Sometimes we perceive the transitions negatively. We resent them. We struggle with them. We wrestle with finding a useful and meaningful way through. They were not necessarily asked for or wanted, and yet we still need to deal with the consequences and circumstances we find ourselves in.
An incredibly useful concept in helping to understand, to explore and to navigate transition is the idea of liminality. This webinar explores what liminality means and its role in supporting and guiding transition and change. We dive into the meaning, purpose and strategies associated with navigating liminal spaces. Most importantly, we identify the insights from liminality that we can apply in the transitions we support, and that we experience ourselves.
Whether you've experienced transition in the past, expect to experience it in the future or find yourself somewhere in between right now, this webinar offers ideas, structure and a way forward. Join us in the in-between space, and together we'll find a meaningful way forward.
