Collaboration #2 is part of a series of collaborative art works by Ei Jane Janet Lin and Miao Jiaxin. These live performance art works were broadcast on an interactive amateur pornographic website and documented as performance video. This collaborative series has been shown in gallery exhibitions such as the File Type exhibition at Gallery 400 curated by Chaz Evans and Lorelei Stewart; “Love, Sex, and Violence” curated by Theresa Walloga at The Fine Art Building; “REALITY SHOW” curated by Patrick Boblin at Noble & Superior Projects; “Sexy” at the Gene Siskel Film Center; “Sexier” curated by Larry Lee and Cheng-Yung Kuo at Zhou B. Art Center; etc… Ei Jane Janet Lin and Miao Jiaxin also present and discuss this work publicly in the context of New Media Art, i.e. at Upgrade! Chicago at the Nightingale in Chicago.
