Oslo University Hospital consists of 4 hospitals with different kitchens that deliver food to all our patients. Ullevål has got one main kitchen that delivers food to the patients of three of those hospitals.
The old buildings at Ullevål hospital make the quick delivery of food a challenge. The quality of the food, which up until now has been delivered on trays, has been in need of improvement for quite some time.
