Five Kino Kabaret film directors and artists coming from five different countries and three different continents share their perspectives on diversity. What was their first intercultural experience? What were challenges in intercultural cooperation? And how have they gained from diversity. The documentary gives an insight in the feelings, dilemma’s and opportunities of working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The objective of this 8 minute film will be screened to open up discussion with NGOs and companies to raise awareness and understanding about the dilemma’s, opportunities and benefits of working in diverse teams.
