You may not be aware at the time, but it could be more serious than you think. Additionally, if you wait until you are home, it could take weeks for you to receive medical attention. If you don’t go to the doctor, there will be no medical documentation of your injuries to prove to your insurance company that you have suffered an injury, and they could use that against your claim.
