In august 2018 we took „Sipahh“ to the streets in Frankfurt. A foodtruck was our plattform for 170 interviews on two days. Besides the product testing (new flavours in Germany) we discussed the sipahh concept with a new potential target group (young adults) - trying to feel a potential for Sipahh. Furthermore we got insights about the categorisation in store, price positioning and much more...
These new design concepts for a new target group were just designed a day before the street research – doing a design sprint with our Frankfurt design team which was lead by the Sipahh brand management directly in order to maximize efficiency within a limited time frame.
