A short video showing the effects that in-lens stabilisation has on video footage. This is shot using a monopod with a 100-400mm Canon lens set at 400mm on a EOS5D MKII to exaggerate the movement. The stabilisation seemed to cope quite well but Canon IS can be a little noisy and will be picked up on the built-in microphone which could be a problem in a quiet environment if not using external sound recording equipment.
