Join award-winning filmmakers, visionary conservationists, and the world’s foremost names in adventure at the 14th annual Adventure Film Festival, October 5–7 in Boulder, Colorado. Presented by Meridian Line, this adventure immersion showcases a selection of 2018’s most critical and transformative independent films, featuring special guests and live performances. Go beyond the screen and into the life with activities and workshops that define the AFF spirit of community building and legend making. This year our Street Fair is taking over the Boulder Courthouse lawn on the Pearl Street Mall! We’ll also be at our historic 14th Street location, fueling body, mind & spirit all weekend long.
Adventure Film started in 2003 as a dream in the heart of the Himalayas. In a tent during a storm, on a handful of scratch paper, the late Jonny Copp sketched out the vision of a community-based, mission oriented, outdoor adventure film festival that tied indie film with art and activism. Today, Jonny’s spirit lives on in a festival that has reached over 100,000 people with a World Tour traveling from Boulder to Bozeman, Israel to Chile, and many cities in between. Adventure Film is supported by the Jonny Copp Foundation, a 501c3 made possible with the support of filmmakers, sponsors, non-profits, partners, volunteers—and our ever-growing audience.
