On Sept. 15, 2011, we held the graduation meeting of our third group of "Healthy Lifestyle Education, Application & Support Program" participants. Here are student evaluations of this grassroots event that had six sessions over the last three months. Take better care of yourself through the optimal nutrition for humans - a plant-based, whole-foods diet, avoiding/minimizing all animal products, processed oils, and processed products. If it has a label on it, put it back! We are designed as herbivores -- plant-eaters.
